KW Command

Keller Williams Command the CRM I use for real estate I love tech and how it can spread a message, and make a business offer known. My love of tech makes me a great fit for Keller Williams, the only brokerage going head to head with the likes of Zillow and Realtor.com.  Every business person needs a CRM system, Client Relationship Management is at the core of sales.  What emails have you already sent the buyer? Want to set up a series of emails that go out to a prospective buyer is a non annoying frequency? Want to send relevant

Business Manager 365

Man I spent a long time looking at CRMs.  I became convinced that my system wasn’t working because neither the boss nor the employees were getting into the Quickbooks, but that is where all the info is.  Now we do keep a lot of files in a shared dropbox, but again, I can’t get him to access it.  Yes, I put these apps on his phone. For realtors who do have the app, the lockbox opens when the bluetooth connection is established.  What about rural properties? As long as the bluetooth is

Docusign

Docusign

Docusign comes integrated with Command. Do you use it? Docu Sign is the new standard for KW Agents and I can see why.  Signing is so intuitive.  I still use CTME because of the integration functionality, but DocuSign is a breeze for my dislcosures. I actually had a client say to me once, I don’t understand how to sign this CTMe document, please send it to me in DocuSign.

WordPress

I used to make fanzines by cutting up magazine pictures and making collages. I loved citation. So naturally, creating websites and blogs became something I was drawn to. Lead generation for my real estate business on LauraConnorRE.com and WesternSlopeHomePros.com  These sites allow me to create a shopping experience and tool storage zone in one.
